Annmarie is originally from Westchester County, New York but fell in love with New Bern while exploring North Carolina and decided to make it her home.

After graduating from the State University of New York at Albany and Pace University School of Law, Annmarie has spent twenty-five years as a practicing Real Estate Attorney.  She originally obtained a Real Estate Broker License for the purpose of acquiring and managing personal investment properties but soon decided to make it a career.  For the past eighteen years she has been the Broker/Owner of A.C. Realty Associates, Inc. in New York.

Now living in New Bern, Annmarie is excited to be a part of the Century 21 Zaytoun-Raines team.  She looks forward to using her years of knowledge and experience in the field to connect with and assist clients with their dreams of buying and selling homes in the New Bern Area.
