Steve Hall moved to New Bern, NC after being a long time resident of Williamsburg, Virginia. He had been serving the Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg area as a Real Estate Agent/Associate Broker/Principal Broker since 2002. Steve began his real estate career after a long and adventurous working life. After graduation from George Washington University, Steve worked in Washington DC, then joined Ringley Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus as Director of Internal Operations. Settling back down with family life, Steve returned to the work force joining Prudential McCardle Realty.
When Sheeran Sotherby’s International Realty came to Williamsburg, Steve joined the firm as New Homes Director. His career progressed with Re/Max Capital Realty as Managing Broker. As of June 2013, Steve with his wife, Betsy, opened their own firm, Real Estate Depot LLC to promote the concept of full service Real Estate and always being “Your Property Partner”.
He built the property management side of the business, handled foreclosure and short sales and acted as Principal Broker for the Firm. Steve served as a member of the Virginia Realtors Property Management Council, member of Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors (VPAR) Property Management Committee and member of Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors Professional Development Committee. He presently teaches real estate courses for VPAR.
He brags on his family of 3 daughters with family extending to 12 grandchildren. In 2017, Steve and his wife began the transition of moving to New Bern. Looking to concentrate on sales, services and teaching, Steve joined Welcome Home Realty of Virginia in 2017. They finalized relocation to New Bern and he has joined Century 21-Zaytoun Raines. He is a Licensed Broker in both Virginia and North Carolina and continues his real estate mission for North Carolina as always being “Your Property Partner”.
